Conduct and character
Every member agrees to uphold the standard of conduct required of a national governing body. This includes:
Ethical leadership and respect for students, instructors and officials.
Student safety and, where applicable, child safety and student protection.
Rank integrity: honest representation of rank and title.
Anti-bullying, anti-harassment, and no abuse of authority.
Safe training practices and professional communication.
Cooperation with complaints and compliance with disciplinary outcomes.
Discipline and complaints
Where the standard is breached, Hapkido Australia has authority to act through a defined process:
01Complaint intake and initial risk review.
02Temporary suspension where required.
03Investigation, with a right of response.
04Review panel and outcome notice.
05Appeal pathway, and removal authority where warranted.
